Meet the Builder
Keith Dasher has been designing and building custom homes in 3 states over a period of 28 years. Keith has been successful in residential building, historical renovations and commercial contruction. He is committed to personally managing each custom built home from start to finish. Keith along with his wife, Livia and their children built their first home in Eagle Rock Resort nearly 18 years ago. Currently, they reside in their lake front home on Lake Susquehanna.
Keith's homes are known for quality, safety, and structural security. All of our homes are built with high-quality materials to ensure that they are energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Over the years, Keith has developed close relationships with many building material companies allowing him to receive new products, energy efficient technology and innovated ways to build a cost effective home.
